I take walks as exercise, and walking around with notifications on for this app makes my walk more interesting by pointing out historical or other interesting facts about spots you would otherwise just walk by. Very cool app!

Just downloaded from a YouTube ad (first time ever - great job on the ad!) and have to say it looks really cool! I like that it appears to be brief summaries so it's a quick highlight you can read while walking.. the poetry aspect is unexpected but I could see that being very nice and I love the idea of making poetry more accessible and relatable in daily life! I really hope they expand to other locations - Niagara would be awesome! Well done to the team who created this!

This is supposed to be by local experts. First thing I looked at in Ottawa had no address - duh! Then I noticed mention of an historical person that I recognized. The story was reasonably accurate and ended with mention of a plaque created in his honour on the grounds of the nature museum but failed to mention the address of his residence which still stands. Experts? The app is only as good as the data it carries.

The map icon points exactly to the location of the POI... just pinch zoom the map to see exact location of the feature in the street view. The bottom point of the map marker is located exactly where the feature is.
